Why I Choose Pets Dream Park

Pets Dream Park is the boarding facility I trust for my own dogs in Taipei. I’ve been using them for more than 10 years with six different dogs, and I keep going back for two simple reasons: the staff are reliable and caring, and the facility itself is clean, safe, and well-managed.

Facilities and Services

The kennel offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off service, which I always use. Whenever I’ve visited the site (they’ve moved locations once during the time I’ve known them), it has been spotless, with plenty of fresh air and enough staff on hand. This may sound standard, but it isn’t—one of the most expensive kennels in New Taipei I once looked into had no staff overnight, and often just one or two people during the day. That place has since closed, but it made me appreciate Pets Dream Park even more.

They also have a good-sized indoor play area where dogs can run and socialize. Personally, I ask for my dogs to be kept separate, as they’re happier that way and get more kennel time. But if your dog is sociable, the play space is a great option.

My Dogs’ Experience

What truly sets Pets Dream Park apart for me is how my dogs react to the staff. I always use their pick-up service, and there are three staff members who regularly come to collect them. Each time, my dogs are overjoyed—they leap into the van, tails wagging, and sometimes hardly glance back at me! For me, that says everything: the staff are not only professional, but also genuinely kind and friendly with the dogs.

Final Thoughts

Every dog and every owner has different needs, but Pets Dream Park has proven to be a safe, trustworthy choice for my pack. The fact that my dogs are so happy to go there makes boarding them a worry-free experience.
